After more than 8 years of editions of the Donated Book Fair, and as part of the 25 April celebrations, Casa da Esquina will be promoting a Political Book Fair. It will be a Donated Book Fair with the same rules, but exclusively with books on this topic.

The aim is to revive the spirit of freedom of expression and political discussion. Casa da Esquina will be in charge of the selection and sorting, which will take place on site.

This initiative is, as usual, an activity developed in partnership with Akto, Banco de Tempo, the 25 April Documentation Centre of the University of Coimbra/UC, the CES North-South Library, the Coimbra Municipal Library/Coimbra Municipality, Casa do Sal in Figueira da Foz, Graal Portugal, the University of Coimbra Press and the UC Archives.
