Gabriela Vieira
Biography
Gabriela Margarida Cortês Vieira Junior Researcher at the Centre for Social Studies (CES) of the University of Coimbra, collaborating on the Atlantic-Social-Lab project - Atlantic Cooperation for the promotion of social innovation, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the INTERREG Atlantic Area cooperation program. From March to December 2022, she also collaborated on the SUGERE project - Sustainable Sustainability and Wise Use of Geological Resources, funded by the Erasmus+ Program. Master in Sociology by the Universidade do Algarve. During academic studies in Sociology, Gabriela obtained two academic merit scholarships. She was a research scholarship holder at the University of Algarve, in the project Summer with Science - Accessible and Inclusive Tourism in 2020, developed at CINTURS - Research Centre for Tourism, Sustainability, and Well-being and at the Higher Institute of Engineering. She collaborated as an inquirer with CINTURS, in the project RESTUR- Attitudes and behaviors of residents: Contributions to the Development of a Sustainable Tourism Strategy in the Algarve.
